About Park Inc
Founded in 1994 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Park Inc manages parking services throughout the eastern & central United States. Corporate administrative functions are housed at the headquarters in Charlotte, while regional and local offices provide hands-on management of local service operations. Founder Brian Haupricht remains the company’s chief executive officer and its principal shareholder.
From its initial concentration on valet parking, the company has developed a full range of parking services including large-scale garage management, surface parking lot operation, shuttle bus services, and parking services consultation. It remains a major provider of valet parking services for healthcare facilities, airports, hotels, casinos, and restaurants.
